JMV Textiles was formed in 1971 to manufacture circular knitted fabric. It had humble beginnings. The first circular knitting machine arrived in March of 1972 and a further two arrived shortly thereafter. J.M.V. Textiles is the hub of a “fibre to finished garments infrastructure”, complete with the following Circular Knitting Machines.

 

1. Yarn processing and finishing plant.

2. Advance Electronic Stripper/ Jaquard & Circular Knitting Machines produce in the region on +/- 30 000 mts per day.

3. Fabric Dyeing and Finishing Plant - ( State of the art Tubular Finishing   Machine).

4. Direct, discharge and sublimation rotary printing facility

5. Knit garment C.M.T Manufacturing plant allied factory network.

6. Complete network of trim and outwork sourcing eg. placement printing,  embroidery,  laundry, etc.

7. Full in house Graphic Design (C.A.D.) System, allied to Knitting Technology     and  for promotional and presentation purpose.

The above operations are all under one umbrella company, J.M.V Textiles Group, a facility of 37 years standing, geographically located in close proximity to both harbour and airport.

The range of products is vast and varied in that we produce and knit from yarns such as:

100 % Cotton, Cotton Blends, Polyesters, Nylons, Poly/Nylon Blends, acrylics, Spandex and  blends etc.

In Construction such as:

Single Jersey, Fleeces, Rugbys, Ribs, Piquets, Pointells, Waffles, needle-outs, etc.

The above combinations also obviously form the base for various printing procedures.

In brief, the end results is a COST - EFFECTIVE, PROFESSIONAL and PROACTIVE , VERTICAL source of garments.
